Christopher Weimer is Professor of Spanish. He has taught at OSU since 1994, the same year in which he received his Ph.D. from Penn State University. His teaching and research interests focus on the literature and culture of Spain in the 16th and 17th centuries, and his essays have appeared in journals and books published in the United States, Canada, and Spain. He is currently at work on a book entitled From Don Quixote to Dracula: Cervantes and the Gothic Novel.
